Sleeps 8 In 4 Cabins
DIAMOND GIRL can accommodate 8 guests in 4 cabins.
The Master cabin, located on main deck, has a king size bed, shower and toilet.
The VIP cabin has a king size bed, shower and toilet.
2 Guest cabins have a queen size beds, shower and toilet.
The guests have an option of another cabin with twin beds, a Pullman, shower and toilet, in lieu of one of the double cabins.
Charters are limited to four staterooms total.
DIAMOND GIRL is fully air conditioned through out.
Crew has a separate heads and shower.

Chef Nicole Genereux
Born and raised near Montreal, Canada, Nicole attended culinary and other art programs in Quebec. Nicole had a professional career in art and photography, owning and operating a successful chain of photography stores in Quebec. To follow a yearning for warmer weather, cruised to the Bahamas from Canada on my own Motor Yacht, where I lived for 9 years and developed a charter program on the boat including applying my artistic skills to the culinary field and providing a combination of classic French and Caribbean style cooking. Since 1989, continually developed and improved my culinary skills, working on private and charter yachts throughout the Caribbean and US East Coast.
An energetic, fun, dynamic entertainer, with an outstanding reputation in the yacht charter industry for providing top quality dining and service, exciting and varied excursions, and repeat business year after year for yacht owners. Always willing to cater to diverse dining requests on board, and provide multiple menus if required. An established chef, with a career for the past twenty years founded on word of mouth references, and positive relationships with owners, management companies, charter agencies and captains. Well known throughout the industry as a leading chef, competent mate and yacht manager, and for providing valuable assistance to any crew aboard charter or private yachts. Nicole is extremely well traveled, educated, seasoned mariner, and capable of providing many services aboard yachts of any size.
Culinary specialties include classic French with delicate sauces, Island and Caribbean fare, Asian cooking, Pacific Region recipes. All recipes are served with dramatic or unique presentation and a special flair.
2nd Place winner of Mediterranean Yacht Broker Association’s , Concours De Chef Competition, at the Dec 2009 St Martin Charter Show (yachts up to 150ft) and overall 3rd place position for yachts of all size.
Stewardess Sheri Pfister
The newest addition to the DIAMOND GIRL family, Sheri is an out-going lady that loves to have fun and entertain. Prior to joining DIAMOND GIRL, Sheri worked on the popular charter yacht, HOOTER PATROL IV among other yachts and she has owned her own professional cleaning service. Sheri has been a professional actress in commercials and has won awards for her beautiful singing voice. In her spare time, Sheri loves diving, fishing, dancing, singing, and always having a good time with lots of laughter. She has a great personality and is a guest favorite.
