Captain Adam Marani has more than 24 years of experience as captain on yachts 83’ and above. He has been on board HPIV since 2005. He holds a US Merchant Marine and a U.S.C.G. certificate while navigating the Southern coast of California, Hawaiian Islands, Atlantic Ocean, Eastern Gulf of Mexico, Florida, Bahamas, Caribbean, N.E. coast, New England and the China Sea.
First Mate Scott Slagel's life-long experience in the yachting industry began growing up along the shores of Lake Michigan. After graduating form the University of Wisconsin, he joined the industry 5 years ago traveling everywhere from Alaska to Turkey both on private and chartered vessels.
Stewardess Jessie Pinkerton recently came into the yachting industry after a 14 year career as a fine dining waitress from Montana all the way to Australia. She has been doing freelance work in Ft. Lauderdale and is excited to be part of HPIV!
Chef Mike Brandt recently rejoined the yachting industry after obtaining a baking and pastry degree from Johnson & Wales University and working as a Chef for 5 years. He has been on yachts since he was a child so it only seemed fitting to bring his new talents to his passion for boats!
