Captain: Mathew Watters
British born 46 year old, Mathew Watters has worked in the charter yacht industry for 11 years. Having lived in St. Lucia for 17 years he has extensive knowledge of chartering in the Caribbean. His main cruising grounds are The Grenadines, but has also chartered and sailed widely in the Windward’s, Leeward’s and Virgin Islands.
After demonstrating competence in handling the yacht under supervision Matt enjoys allowing charter guests to take the helm while he takes a back seat. He loves introducing his guests to his favorite anchorages and spots off the beaten track as well as taking in the must see attractions. Children are always welcome onboard with the main attraction being “the Donut”.
Chef: George Henry
George Henry is 41 years old and hails from St. Lucia. He has worked as a chef in the charter industry for 8 years. He gained his training and cooking skills by working in fine hotels and restaurants.
He enjoys cooking for the guests especially when he has caught the main course. Some of his favorite dishes are Accra (St. Lucian crab cakes), seared Mahi-Mahi steaks (Dorado), and Crème Brule. He also enjoys cooking what ever the guests prefer.
