Sayang is a Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 54DS sailing yacht. Built in 2005, she is air conditioned throughout and maintained in an immaculate condition for your maximum comfort and safety.

Sayang is operated by a skipper and a firstmate/hostess. The crew is multilingual (English, French, German and Italian), has professioal backgrounds ranging from marketing management to teaching music and has an ear for almost everything.

Whether it be sailing round the islands, laying back on your luxurious yacht soaking up the sun, snorkelling, diving or fine dining on board or in local restaurants, Sayang's crew will tailor an itinerary according to your wishes.

Sleeps 6 In 3 Cabins

SAYANG can accommodate 6 guests in 3 cabins.
The Master cabin has a queen size bed, shower and toilet.
2 Guest cabins have a queen size bed, shower and toilet.
SAYANG  is fully air conditioned through out.  The voltage onboard is 220/110 volts.  Smoking is allowed on deck. On transom only  SAYANG´s crew has a separate heads and shower. Guests are not allowed to bring pets onboard.

Crew Profiles:
There could be no better place for Ratna and Paul to meet than on a sailing holiday in the Caribbean. They have now been married for close to 10 years. Keen travelers, they have seized every opportunity to go sailing in most parts of the world, including the Mediterranean, North and South Atlantic, Indian Ocean, South China sea and the beloved Caribbean waters. Having worked for many years in the IT industry, they decided to turn their passion for sailing into a way of life, and Spice and Soul was born in 2004.

Born in Malaysia, Ratna was brought up in a boarding school in the UK. Ratna holds diplomas in music and catering. Having lived in various countries during her childhood and worked in the family restaurant business, Ratna has developed a love of good food from all over the world and has a passion for meeting and entertaining people. Ratna caught the sailing bug later on in her life and has obtained the RYA day skipper license.

A British national, Paul has lived in France, Belgium, Germany and Singapore and holds a master of science degree in physics and a diploma in marketing. He has been sailing for as long as he can remember, starting off with the family sailing dinghy, and gradually moving on to larger yachts. A water sports fanatic, Paul is a PADI certified scuba diver and is a qualified skipper to the RYA yacht master standard.

Ratna and Paul look forward to welcoming you on board and sharing with you their love of the Caribbean, gastronomy, and sailing.

Dear Broker,

We are back  home in Italy. We had great time with Paul and Ratna on Sayang and would like to thank you very much for your advices. We could visit these wonderful islands in the best way. The boat is perfect as new with any comfort and perfectly clean.  They   are very kind and made us feel at home. At the same time they were very professional  and very respectful of our privacy. Our daughters enjoyed a lot the holiday and loved to spend time talking with Ratna and Paul. Food was excellent, Ratna provided some good italian things such as for example salame, Prosciutto, caffè Lavazza, pasta De Cecco, S Pellegrino water and, for the joy of the girls also one glass of Nutella. At the same time we had the chance to taste delicious dishes of asian, french and west indies cusine. Our feedback is excellent under any perspective.

Upon meeting you and seeing Sayang, I knew we had made the absolute best choice.  Our needs were satisfied every step of the way.  From first boarding Sayang to the final sail to Road Harbor, you were the perfect hosts.  I will never find two more knowledgeable and engaging people in the BVI.  Paul, a masterful sailor, was pleasant and patient answering my most rudimentary sailing and navigation questions.  Ratna, an accomplished chef and first mate, crafted gourmet meals and deftly assisted Paul in sailing Sayang throughout the BVI without a hitch.
