Crew Profile
Mathieu RAMOGER, Captain:
"From the french Riviera, Mathieu grew up on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea and has been sailing since he can remember.
After spending four years cruising the Caribbean and the USA with his family on a classic yacht he studied Marketing and Communication. Finally the pull of the ocean was to great and he came back to yachting. Since, he sailed the Mediteranean, the Atlantic, the Caribbean and the Pacific.
Ocean Yachtmaster Mathieu loves to share his love for the sea and the discovery whilst ensuring that you have the perfect cruise. He loves kitesurfing, photography and everything the ocean has to offer, taking you snorkeling, free diving for catch of the day or mixing the best Mojito in town."
Joanna Green, chef:
Joanna was born in Zimbabwe and culinay trained in Cape Town in South Africa.
After four years catering and private cooking she was offered a position in the yachting industry. Thanks to extensive travelling Joanna has picked up the tastes and flavours of many different cuisines, always using the freshest ingredients!
She enjoys photography, diving and the sunshine.
Ronnie Maioli, deckhand:
Ronnie moved to the seaside with his parents ten years ago. He is a real italian, he loves the food and sailing. After leaving in England, Spain, France and the Caribbean he spent two years as a sailing instructor in Corsica.
More than just a hobby, traveling is for Ronnie a lifestyle, he embrasses every places he goes to.
If you insist he might get in the galley to cook his mom's famous recipe of Lasagna.
