Accomodations

One of the great attributes of SeaQuell's design is the open plan between her three primary entertaining areas. The GUEST COCKPIT begins just forward of the helm stations, with comfortable3 "L" shaped settees and tables port and starboard, all well protected from sun and spray. The RAISED SALON is connected immediately forward and down a step, with a convertible cocktail/dining table and facing settees to starboard, full navigation and control station forward with 360 degree visibility to the horizon, plus a full length serving area and wet bar to port. The full, wrap around windows extend the pilothouse forward over the full width MAIN SALON, four steps below. The salon is appointed with a large "U" shaped settee to starboard and formal dining to port, with a 44" flat screen entertainment on the aft centerline bulkhead. The elegance of the design for entertaining is that all three areas are fully open and connected. Thus, the entertaining area from cockpit to the forward end of the Salon, encompasses nearly half the length of the yacht!!

Upper Salon/Wheelhouse

The low profile upper salon and wheelhouse are divided port and starboard with twin sliding stainless steel doors from the cockpit. To starboard is the lounge/dining area and forward the helm and navigation station. To port is a long refrigerated locker and cherry wood serving area.

Main Salon

From the lower Salon, the generous interior volume of SeaQuell is immediately evident, utilizing the full 25' beam, plus the open view below the pilothouse windows back towards the upper salon, create a tremendous sense of open space. The area is well detailed for entertaining with a large "U" shaped lounge to port, formal dining to starboard and comprehensive entertainment center.

Owner's Stateroom

The full width Owner's Stateroom is fully aft and furnished with a centerline king berth with a large settee to port, writing desk, ladies vanity, private head with shower and sauna. The stateroom also holds a mini bar, safe and extensive entertainment center.

Owner's Office/Exercize Room/Child/Nanny Cabin

Located to port and aft of the guest stateroom, the office is equipped with various gym and office equipment and an ensuite head with wet shower. One large opening port serves for natural light and ventilation.

Guest Staterooms

Aft and down 5 steps from main salon is a foyer with access to both Guest Staterooms. Both Guest Staterooms are finished out in cherry panels, ensuite marble heads with separate stall showers, entertainment center and large hanging locker. The port stateroom is furnished with a queen-sized berth, night tables, lounging settee, writing desk and full sized hanging closet. The starboard stateroom is furnished with twin berths, a night table between, full sized hanging closet and pull out writing desk.

Galley and Laundry

The galley is directly forward of the Main Salon, with all galley equipment to starboard and laundry to port, both equipped with all state of the art equipment; to include double door Sub-Zero stainless steel refrigerator/freezers, under-floor freezer; GE double ovens (2006), Kitchen Aid glass 4 burner cook-top and Miele microwave/convection oven (2007); Miele dishwasher and washer/dryer; plenty of working spaces with black granite counter tops, stainless double sink with center disposal and 2 large opening ports for ventilation. The galley is extremely well engineered for professional cooking, including an abundance of counter space for serving and bussing, large pantry area and bin stowage below the sole.

Crew Quarters

Located forward of the galley and laundry, the crew quarters are equipped with captain's quarters to port with double berth with private head; crew quarters are to starboard with under over single and private head. The common area is set up with dinette to starboard and equipped with entertainment center and full electronics.
