I cannot tell you how FANTASTIC our trip was on Zingara. The crew is the best I have ever, ever had in the 20 years I have chartered boats. They not only went above and beyond, they exceed any expectation that any of us had at any time during our trip. We are a very well traveled group and have gone all over the world. Mark, Frans, Tiffany and Christine were absolutely incredible and best group of people I have had the good fortune to meet.

The boat is incredible and we saw Lone Star and were so glad you had us charter Zingara. Such a better boat!

The food was 5 star, every single meal. The staff also had a different place setting and centerpieces for each one, absolutely incredible. Day after Day, Chef Tiffany put a masterpiece in front of us for each and every feast.

The expertise of the crew was also amazing, they knew everything about absolutely everything. If it was scuba diving, they knew where to go, if it was snorkeling, they knew where to go, sailing, the ports, the hobie cat, anything that we needed to do or know, they were above and beyond.

I have been in the service business for almost 20 years and I know and understand service. This was not Five Star Five Diamond, it FAR EXCEEDED that award!

I would like to further collect my thoughts on this remarkable crew and boat and put it in a formal letter to you and to Ed. I will get this done by next week and off to you. I just wanted you to know immediately how completely and immensely happy we were with this charter. I know that the two other couples would also like to add their comments as they were simply shocked at the level of service and FUN that we all had.

We are also going to re-book for next year and do the BVI's even though we have done it before, it is worth doing it on Zingara. We are tying to pull our dates together now.
