Captain Harry -
Harry hails from the north east of Scotland, and growing up on the shores of the freezing North Sea led him to pursue sunnier climes! After catching the travel bug working ski seasons in the French Alps, he decided to pursue a career in yachting. He has been working at sea for over 5 years, the last 2 as charter captain in the Mediterranean, mostly in Croatia. He has also sailed as far afield as the Maldives and Thailand, as well as completing an Atlantic crossing. He loves entertaining, whether that be shaking delicious cocktails, creating an awesome itinerary, or playing the guitar. He is excited for the upcoming season to provide excellent customer service in a safe manner for an unforgettable holiday experience.

Hey everyone my name Is Cole, I’m originally from New Braunfels Texas, and for the last 7 years I have been working in professional kitchens all throughout Texas and Colorado. learning and working with world class chefs from all around the world. Throughout that time I have grown an absolute love for food, drink, and great hospitality. I have a true passion for traveling, eating, discovering new ingredients and meeting new people. You can find me outside at any given time whether it’s gardening, foraging, snowboarding or swimming. When it comes to cooking and curating and awesome time, I hold myself to the highest standard possible and truly hope I can give you an experience you will never forget. I’m excited to have you aboard and look forward to meeting everyone, Cheers!
