Crew Profile
This boat is operating under a bareboat contract. The charter must be able to choose his choice of captain. The boat does have several captains that are USCG licensed, approved by the yachts insurance and have be trained on this yacht. If the charter chooses another not on the list they must meet all the same requirements prior to the charter start. The charter shall be responsible for paying the crew separately from the boat.
Other crew is available at the charters expense but must meet the legal requirements for the flag state where chartered.
