Crew Profile

Captain: John Drugach
Captain John hails from Newbury, Vermont in the US Northeast. He has been boating his whole life and began his yachting career at the age of 18. He was introduced to the industry while at college in South Florida and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He has spent the better part of 30 years in the industry. John has cruised the Mediterranean, Eastern & Western Caribbean, Eastern Pacific and extensively throughout New England and The Bahamas. Captaining NEVER ENOUGH is a true pleasure for John. He enjoys traveling, exploring, and ensuring guests have the time of their lives while on board. When not working, John spends time with his wife and their two sons. Some of the family's favorite actives include waterskiing, swimming, traveling, snowmobiling, skiing and all outdoor activities.

Chief Engineer: Dean Somers
Dean hails from the land of wood and water! He grew up in the beautiful port town of Port Antonio, Jamaica. During his high school and pre college years he was very active in athletics specifically the 100m, 200m and long jump events. Dean’s mechanical interest began at a young age while watching McGuyver with his father and doing small jobs on the property, this drove him into the arms of marine engineering where he graduated from the Caribbean Maritime University. Dean loves music and dance. He also enjoys 3D animation but above all he enjoys playing in diesel. His enthusiasm to please people is a very good asset of M/Y Never Enough.

First Officer: Justin Heal
Justin was born and raised in the small town of Melbourne Beach nestled between the Indian River Lagoon and Atlantic Ocean on Florida’s Space Coast. From an early age Justin was all things water…swimming, snorkeling, surfing, boating, and fishing. Justin discovered the yachting industry 15 years ago, and with it his future, not only concerning employment, but family, having met his wife during his first job on a yacht. He has had the pleasure of cruising Central America’s East and West coast, the east coast of the USA from the Florida Keys to Maine, the Mediterranean from Spain to Turkey and extensively throughout the Bahamas. In his time off Justin spends most of his time in Mallorca, Spain, where he lives with his wife and son. They enjoy hiking, fishing, biking and just spending time out in nature whenever the option presents itself.

Bosun: Calvin Dennis
Calvin was born in sunny Johannesburg South Africa. Growing up he spent his time fishing, sailing and scuba diving off the east coast of Southern Africa with his father. He studied a Bachelor of business science degree in professional accounting at Monash University. However, his love for the ocean brought him into the yachting world where he feels most at home. He lives a very active lifestyle and enjoys hobbies such as rugby, swimming, mixed martial arts and gym. His goal is to be as helpful and enthusiastic as possible to ensure the guests have the most amazing experience on M/Y Never Enough

Chief Stewardess: Tracey Spence
Tracey grew up in the beautiful city of Cape Town where she studied towards a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management while working in hospitality. She then worked as a financial manager in one of the largest advertising agencies. She soon realized that her passion was in hospitality and guest relations, so she embarked on her career in yachting and has been flourishing in the industry for the past 6 years. She has traveled the Mediterranean, Florida, New England, Bahamas, Puerto Rico and the BVIs ensuring her guests have the most incredible time creating cherished memorable moments. She enjoys traveling, meeting new people, delicious food, reading and spending time with friends and family. Tracey looks forward to ensuring that your time onboard is nothing short of spectacular!

2nd Stewardess: Sharon Kok
Sharon grew up in the quiet Midwest town of Springfield, Illinois. She spent her childhood competitively swimming around the United States. Her skill and dedication to the sport took her to the division one level where she studied and competed at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. After graduating with a Bachelor’s in Communications she decided to pursue events and hospitality. She has worked various types of events around the world, and during the pandemic she coordinated weddings in Naples, Florida. She later discovered the world of yachting and hasn’t looked back since. Sharon enjoys traveling, and music. Her hobbies include rollerblading, cooking, and reading. She loves meeting new people and can’t wait to get to know you!

Chef: Craig Rosado
Chef Craig Rosado's culinary journey is truly something special! Born in New York and raised in Puerto Rico in a multi-cultural family he was brought up on many cuisines. He has worked at the top Hotel brands such as Marriott, Hyatt Regency, and Sheraton Hotel and Resort where he gained extensive experience and training. His love for travel and diverse flavors has allowed him to create the first of the brand name The BlueFire Grille Amazing Dishes in Fort Lauderdale. Charter Yacht NEVER ENOUGH Guest Reviews

Client Feedback November 2023

Great crew, and I know my kids kept them on their toes with water sports nonstop and requests for drinks, etc. Captain John is fantastic, can-do attitude, easy going, everything you want in a charter captain. Chef did very well, especially considering this charter was so last minute. Boat is very spacious and maintained very well.
