I am a Sailor from way back, My yachting experience includes being a part of the PC Classic race and volunteering many events held by the RVYC. I have also sailed in Northern Europe and East Mediterranean.
I can cook Thai food including many styles of appetisers and do fruit carving also.
I have many years experience in the service industry ranging from roles such as Teacher, Tour Guide, Waitress and Yacht Stewardess.
I am a mother of 2 and assure you I have strong housekeeping skills!
Work at the Octave is therefore a happy job for me.
