Meet your Captain, Michael
 

Your guide, and helm for an incredible week at sea! With years of experience across luxury charters, sailing, and diving, Michael’s favorite part of being a captain is making sure every guest has the trip of a lifetime.

As both a seasoned captain and a PADI Divemaster, he’s just as happy taking you to hidden dive spots, throwing out a fishing line, or prepping top-tier water activities as he is navigating smooth waters. Having also worked as a yacht chef, Michael gets the art of hospitality inside and out—bringing a calm, easygoing energy to the deck where safety and great times go hand in hand.

Whether you want an action-packed week of water sports or a relaxing cruise soaking in the sun, Michael’s practical, hands-on approach ensures your charter is safe, seamless, and completely unforgettable.

Meet your Chef, Lorne

I’m a South African chef, ocean lover and firm believer that good food, good people and a bit of adventure make for a pretty great life.

I’m naturally outgoing, easy-going and always up for trying something new. Whether that’s finding a hidden beach, getting in the water, exploring somewhere I’ve never been.

In the galley, I love keeping things fresh, creative and relaxed. I enjoy getting to know guests and finding out what they love to eat, then turning that into food that feels personal rather than just another meal.

I’m happiest when everyone is around the table, plates are getting cleared way too quickly and there’s plenty of laughter.

I’m a big believer in bringing good energy to a boat. I’m hardworking, reliable and calm when things get busy, but I also think a charter should feel like a holiday, not a business meeting!

When I’m not cooking, you’ll probably find me somewhere near the ocean, exploring, diving, surfing, fishing or planning the next adventure.

BREAKFAST
