CREW REVIEW from previous yacht We spent a week led by the power duo of Jake and Stefanie. They love what they do and one can easily tell. Jake is the guy who should have been in the “Most Interesting Man in the World” Dos Equis commercials but was too busy sailing a boat, catching spiny lobsters, and folding napkins in the shape of a rose. Stef is the Martha Stewart of the seas; a solid chef with a keen eye for everyone’s needs, but will also out-scuba dive you with gusto. If you feel having a captain and chef around might be too intrusive for a vacation, forget about it. You will be happy to have met and have spent a week with them. Highly recommend this trip.

CREW REVIEW from previous yacht We had the most amazing trip thanks to Captain Jake and Chef Stef. They were perfect hosts, made us all feel welcome during our time with them, and were super fun to hang out with. Chef Stef cooked us delicious meals and paired them with fun cocktails and great wine. Captain Jake was an excellent scuba instructor and made sure we anchored near the best snorkeling out there. Both were attentive, patient, and made us laugh. We can’t wait to go back and would recommend this experience over and over again! There is truly nothing else like it.

Extra special 40th Birthday - CREW REVIEW from previous yacht Where can I begin. My wife wanted to do something special for her birthday. We had all kinds of ideas and plans, however she wanted to do something extra special. She happened upon private charter boats and stumbled into Dreamcatcher. From the very beginning, Stef and Jake were prompt in their email replies and responses answering all the important questions as well as the ignorant ones since we had never done anything like this before. Jake and Stef took it in stride and were very kind and polite through the whole process down to the best ways to travel and get there, offering advice along the way. The conference call the week before was a big help as it answered a lot of questions that came up at the last minute such as things to pack, what to prepare for, down to last minute dining and drink choices. The day we arrived in St. Thomas we caught a cab from the airport to the marina where Captain Jake stood waiting for us with a cart to help us move all our gear from the cab to the boat. When we arrived at the boat, Stef was ready and willing to do whatever she needed to and welcome us aboard. “We are a shoe free ship so drop them in this basket and come on in!” We were shown where our sleeping quarters would be for the week. We already had a great idea of what we were walking into because the preference sheet as well as sleeping arrangements were well laid out for us prior to our arrival so we knew EXACTLY what to expect. I will say, it went above and beyond our expectations. Everything was tidy, clean, and neat. A welcome basket greeted us as soon as we entered our rooms that included a journal, welcome note from the crew, as well as sunscreen and towels. Since it was my wife’s birthday, they went above and beyond and decorated the door to our room with Happy Birthday banners. Before we could turn around, as we were all wary and famished from our travels, we were greeted with an appetizer and shown where the beverages were so we could immediately begin our vacation. We set sail and went to our first bay for the night and traveled to many on our seven-day tour. Captain Jake is excellent and knows the waters around us, as well as how to provide a smooth sail as to not disturb us or create any illness on our moves from port to port. We motored part of the journey and sailed the rest. He was willing and able to let us be involved in the process and stood by as we swapped sea stories of our own personal adventures through our lives. The food on board was top notch. Every meal was shared with laughter and joy as we indulged in what Stef prepared for us. Breakfast was fantastic. Lunch, even better. There were several days that she spent all day prepping for dinner. You could really tell she put her heart and soul into it as dinner was normally quiet as we all savored in the fare that she set out in front of us. Although we filled out preference sheets, we never really designated meals as we are uncomplicated and easy going. There were 5 of us in our party total and some had special requests, but Stef nailed every meal and fit everyone’s specific requests from beginning to end. You want chicken nuggets? No problem. Pizza? Why not. Fish tacos? Our pleasure. Fresh lobster on the grill that we caught while diving? Absolutely! We were never left leaving the table hungry and as the day melted on, there were always snacks available and of course, cold beverages of whatever we wanted. Before dinner every evening we had a light snack as well as hand crafted cocktails to boot to wash down our exciting days as we traded stories of our current and past adventures. My personal favorite of every day was saying goodbye to the day and blowing the conch shell as the sun set on the horizon. I am a little bit more of a night owl, so Jake and I got to sit up late many nights and chat. The conversation was warm, friendly, and welcoming as we shared about ourselves and learned about each other. There was much laughter to be had. We got to see so much on our journey that it is hard to put it all into words. Beautiful bays, amazing wildlife, shipwrecks, private beaches and so much more. What do you want to do today? Lay on the net and take a nap? Hang some hammocks and swing in the breeze? Float around on some rafts or swim? Give paddle boarding a try? Go to a private beach and sunbathe? Get scuba certified and go for a dive? How about a snorkel? Grab some lunch from a floating taco barge or stop in town for some shopping? Literally, anything that we wanted, they accommodated without question. I wanted to also point out that I personally, was a little reluctant about vacationing with two dogs on board a 47’ catamaran, but Daisy and Parker are so well behaved, they left an impression on our hearts. The day of my wife’s birthday, we were able to use the boat as our home and decorate it for her to feel special. That evening, Stef and Jake secured a special cake made just for my wife and we were all able to enjoy it. The cake was so big, that we enjoyed the other half the next day! Stef split it in half and flopped it down on the table for us to all to delve into and enjoy. Towards the end, we were all presented with a video of our vacation that highlighted our top moments and passed to us to keep this memory forever. I could drone on and on how amazing this whole experience was, but I will leave you with these final thoughts. This experience has ruined all my other resort travels in the future as this was so perfect, nothing would compare to having this experience again. We went on a vacation for that purpose. To disconnect, unwind, and relax. We came as guests, but we left with friends. Jake and Stef will now be ingrained in our lives forever and there is absolutely no doubt in my mind, we will be back to see them again and again, and again. This vacation is everything you make it. The more specific you are with them about your wants, needs, and desires, the more perfect they will make it for you. - April 2021 &

CREW REVIEW from previous yacht Jake and Stef, Thank you so much for opening your home to us for our Caribbean adventure. You have been so willing to accommodate us and the craziness that has surrounded our trip from needing to pick us up in St Croix due to flight cancellations to having to drop two off early. You have been such gracious hosts, and we are already planning our next trip with you! We thoroughly enjoyed all the wonderful food, diving and just hanging out. We are definitely leaving feeling like family; and maybe one day, you can be like family at one of our houses, either on the Florida coast or the lake. We would love to have you! We set sail on Luna Bliss for a week this January in the BVI. The boat was beautiful and was very spacious with plenty of room for all 8 of us without feeling cramped. The crew of Capt. Daryl and Chef Christina did a great job making us feel welcome and at home. Not being with a big charter company was great as everything was casual and the crew felt more like an addition to the friends and family that we had planned the trip with. They shared their knowledge of staying on a boat and the local area to make sure we got the most out of our trip. Capt Daryl showed us the ropes of sailing and took the time to explain how things worked and why if we were interested. Christina is an absolute wizard in the galley, the food she made all week was above and beyond amazing. I can't say enough good things about this trip. The only downside was that we had to return home. This was the first trip of this kind for any of us but it most certainly will not be the last. This will be my first call the next time we do another charter. -The Goldin's

Trip of a lifetime with family!

We recently returned from a week trip on Luna Bliss with captain Louis and chef Tessia to the BVI. We had the most wonderful week with them. They were so warm and welcoming! Louis knew all the great spots to snorkel, swim, and eat. Chef Tersia was the best and most accommodating chef ever! We requested a very specific menu that we wanted and she did all of it!! Her food was amazing!!! It was so nice waking up to a full breakfast and coffee each morning! They also bought all the alcohol we wanted and replenished it whenever we needed something! We had so much fun with them! They recommended Saba Rock for dinner in Virgin Gorda and it was awesome! Our other favorites were The Baths, Soggy Dollar in Jost Van Dyke, Foxy’s at night, Willy T’s, Pizza Pi boat and just hanging out on the boat with our family and Louis and Tersia. We cannot wait to go again and we would definitely sail with them again! -Tammy M.

JUST FANTASTIC!

I wish that there were more than 5 stars! Our group of four couples went sailing for eight days with Captain Louis Conradie and his wife, first mate and chef, Tersia on the fourty seven foot sailing yacht Luna Bliss. We sailed the BVI’s. The captain and his wife made the entire trip amazing! I can’t emphasize this enough, it wasn’t so much the boat but THEY made it amazing. They were fun and accommodating, the captain found us beautiful bay’s in which to anchor and explore, a fun excursion on Virgin Gorda and The Baths, The Indians, fun restaurants when we wanted them. But one of my big asks on the trip was snorkeling, we love snorkeling and Captain Louis found us amazing snorkeling that we will never forget! He and Tersia even swam with us for over a one hour snorkel in a hidden treasure, snorkeling bay he knew about. But the food on the boat? Chef Tersia created meals to our exact tastes that were simply unbelievable! I would go back if only to experience her cooking again. I wish I could have taken her home as a full time chef for us! On the three nights we opted to eat in fun, quaint restaurants, rather than aboard the boat, I think our entire group felt that her cooking well exceeded any of the meals that we found off the boat. Best trip ever!!!! Amazing crew and amazing boat!

Our 6-day sail on Luna Bliss was an unforgettable adventure that took us to some of the most beautiful and exciting locations in the Caribbean. The itinerary, planned by the amazing Captain Sofia, and the menu, crafted by our spectacular chef Jenine, made for an incredible experience. We had plenty of time to relax and enjoy the scenery, as well as thrilling activities such as snorkeling and jumping off the top of Willy T's pirate ship. About the boat and crew: Luna Bliss was a spacious and well-equipped 47 ft catamaran with plenty of room for our group of 4 couples. There were many places to hang out, including the bow of the boat, the upper deck, the inside main cabin and outside main decks. The boat was also equipped with a tablet that comfortably fit 8 adults, as well as full snorkel gear, 2 paddleboards, and a water mat to lounge on. Beach towels were provided for everyone, and there were multiple clips to hang dry towels and any wet clothes that needed drying. The crew, consisting of Captain Sofia and Chef Jenine, were absolutely amazing. Captain Sofia and Chef Jenine were not only amazing in their respective roles but also in the way they interacted with us. Sofia was not only strong, fearless, and knowledgeable, but also kind and fun, making sure everyone on board was comfortable and having a great time. Chef Jenine, was kind, sweet, fun and attentive, creating delicious meals that were a highlight of the trip. Together, they took care of us and made sure that our needs were always met. It was clear that they are passionate about what they do, and it showed in the way they carried out their duties with professionalism and grace. The crew tidied up anything we had left behind each night and provided a small basket with any random things left around so that we could easily and conveniently find our things. Our rooms were tidied each morning by the crew, with the bed made and garbage emptied to make each day convenient for us to use the cabin. About the locations: During our trip, we visited some incredible locations in the Caribbean. We started at St. John's in Caneel / Maho bay - a stunning location with crystal clear waters and pristine beach. We also enjoyed a beach day at Jost van Dyke, where we had an absolute blast at the famous Soggy Dollar Bar and danced the night away at Foxy's. Another highlight of the trip was our visit to Virgin Gorda, where we explored the famous Baths during the day and had an unforgettable dining experience at Cocomaya at night. Finally, we ended our trip at Water Island, where we enjoyed the Dinghy Bar, the beach, and some excellent snorkeling. About the vibe: The atmosphere on the boat was relaxed and comfortable, and Sofia and Jenine were able to navigate the personalities of all passengers and guests with ease, connecting with each of us in their own way. The Best Trip Ever!

The best trip ever! Four couples on the Luna Bliss with Captain Sofia and First Mate/Chef Jenine. I don’t think I need to say the scenery was absolutely gorgeous as we traversed the USVI/BVI…but the crew was the difference on this sailing. It was a pleasure to watch Sofia and Jenine work together as a team, from sailing/mooring/maintenance of the Luna Bliss. Both were extremely approachable and friendly, especially as a “non-sailor” asking questions. The food, every meal and snack, was phenomenal. Jenine was also able to make accommodations for my wife, who has Celiac, and provide gluten free options. My wife was so excited and even the rest of our group had two or three gluten free deserts that everyone loved. Sofia taught us a great dominos game that we all enjoyed! (We wish she taught us earlier in the trip!) A week on the Luna Bliss with this crew, left us feeling that we had added Sofia and Jenine as family members. Tears were shed as we hugged them goodbye and wished them well on their future adventures. -Brendan M.

Four Couples spend a week on the 47’ Sailing Catamaran SV Luna Bliss out of St Thomas USVI Four Couples spend a week on the 47’ Sailing Catamaran SV Luna Bliss chartered by iYachtclub out of St Thomas USVI About the Boat and Crew: Captain Sofia and Chef Jenine are the dream crew and if you are lucky enough to secure their services the trip will be fantastic. Both were professional while also pleasant, personable and approachable. As a crew their worked seamlessly together, mooring and un-mooring, powering, sailing, maneuvering and 3 meals a day! Capt Sofia was always willing to tender us in the Dinghy anywhere and everywhere while Chef Sofia cooked amazing meals, breakfast lunch and dinner fresh, tasty and perfect proportions. I still have dreams of the Mahi dinner we had our first night. I recommend not having 4 couples on the 48’ catamaran we had as it seemed to be a little crowded after a few days. 3 couples would haver been better and 2 couples perfect. About the Locations: The first stop was Christmas Cove. Long sandy beach and a great place to snorkel, and where I saw our first turtle, where you could get some sun, get some water or even visit the food truck, tiki bar and there was a public restroom. Then on to BVI and Jost Van Dyke, Soggy Dollar and foxy’s are great place to get some beach and some drink. We played Junga at Foxy’s and I won. We also visited Lovengo Cay which was perfect for prime chilling, snorkeling and relaxing. Cruz Bay was nice trip where you can go into town, shop, have a beer and walk around and enjoy the local culture. The last day we stopped at Water Island and “Dinghy’s” beach bar, we rented the golf carts and toured the island and the WW2 Fort Segarra. Please stop at Heidi’s Honeymoon Grill, great view. My favorite stop was Soggy Dollar and Dinghy’s. My favorite thing was swimming and snorkeling every day. About the Vibe: The crew did a fantastic job of always smiling, always asking what we wanted, always catering to our needs. I don’t know how they did it because I was tired of me after 7 days 😊. Conversations were light and entertaining, always just enough explain the days itinerary and options. Sofia did teach us all Dominos which we all enjoyed (I won that too, I think?) There was the perfect amount of Boat Time, Beach Time, and Alone time to make it a great trip. Pack Light, the Boat has traditional snorkeling gear while a few of us brought our own new style full face mask. The full face is better for first timers. Be specific on your preference sheets. It will make it better for the crew to be sure the food and drink they supply is what you want. Sand shoes is a must and sunglasses. The Boat did have sunscreen, but we all brought our own Reef Safe sun screen. I can’t wait for the next chance I get to Charter with Capt. Sofia and Chef Jenine -James D. Baltimore, MD

Amazing Time!

Our week aboard the Luna Bliss was sensational! The food was wonderful- a full charcuterie board greeted us with pain killer cocktails as we boarded. Each meal seemed to be better than the last. Captain Sophia was down for anything, relaxed and fun and did a great job making sure we stayed safe while enjoying ourselves. I would do it again in a heartbeat with these two. -Elizabeth H

Great experience all round. Captain Sofia and Chef Jenine were absolutely incredible. I would 100% do this again and would request this crew again. They made the entire 40th bday celebration perfect. Best family catamaran trip! AMAZING!! Highly recommend!!

Captain Sophia and First Mate/Chef Jenine were amazing! Sofia’s knowledge of boating and mechanics are impressive! She is a total bad-ass! And Jenine’s skills as a chef are better than we’ve ever had before! Our meals were truly delicious and unique. We traveled with our teenagers and a set of grandparents and they catered to all of our needs. I would 100% book this team again in a heartbeat! They were both fun, adventurous, attentive to our needs, and we’ve made two great friends! Having done this trip two prior times in the BVIs with couples, bringing our family was the best thing we have done. CREW REVIEW from previous yacht We had an amazing charter and the most memorable vacation ever! I would strongly recommend using Chef Stef and Captain Jake and their boat. We were sure to give ALL of our dietary restrictions to chef Stef and she was more than accommodating. Our call before the charter was so helpful and we were able to explain our extra needs (we have a type 1 son). On charter - SO much fun. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the boat and crew, the attention to detail, and the hospitality. Some of our most memorable moments: The Painkillers Scuba diving with our son Paddle boarding Nighttime bioluminescent experience Watching falling stars on the trampoline Sand dollar diving Beach sand gorilla A handful of culinary dishes that knocked my socks off. We were welcomed into your home and guests, but I feel like you guys were long-lost family. I've never had so much fun and made so many memories in one trip. All of the activities were amazing. From the diving to eating, I'm leaving more spoiled than ever. There were beautiful sights everywhere I looked while diving, snorkelling, paddle-boarding, relaxing & hiking. Stef, the food was some of the best I've ever had! And the fact that it was all homemade?! Amazing! Jake, you are a great Captain but an even better dive instructor. I'm always going to remember those dives and my tiny Lionfish kill. Daisy & Parker were the best behaved (and cutest) dogs I've ever been around, and they deserve all my love. I hope that you guys will remember us. I will always remember this incredible experience. Until our next adventure, Gretchen Gray

CREW REVIEW FROM PREVIOUS YACHT Lela (Broker), I just wanted to say thank you for approaching my last minute, challenging situation with such a wonderful, positive, can do attitude. I don’t know if I would have followed through on this otherwise. My daughters and I are so happy here with Stef and Jake. Plus we left our snugly dog Paisley behind and Sarah loves their dog. We haven’t been this calm and peaceful in a couple of years. This is our first vacation together, just the 3 of us girls, and lying outside on the trampolines tonight looking at the stars with them both so happy is what I was hoping for. They are so excited to see what tomorrow brings after our first day of snorkeling, sailing, great food and a late night bio-luminescence swim. Thank you again, Peggy
