| Unwavering is a luxury 50ft Sunreef sailing yacht, ideal for exclusive luxury getaways. Her clever bridge deck and superstructure design allows for a superior level of comfort onboard whereas the generous teak use, high bulwarks and classy lines underscore her modern style with a classic edge. Her saloon design creates a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience as it opens both onto the comfortable bow terrace and onto the yacht’s cockpit which is extended by a hydraulic aft platform creating a beach club. The hulls provide impressive volumes to set up a custom layout including airy, luxurious guest cabins and an opulent master suite with an immense bathroom. While housing the main helm, the large flybridge is definitely dedicated to leisure with more than enough space for 6 guests to enjoy, a fully-equipped wet bar and large sunpads. Crew Profile
Mike grew up on South Africa’s east coast, famous for its great surf, sunny weather and perfect ocean conditions. It was here that a lifelong journey began. Being born to a fellow ocean lover, Mike was introduced to a life at sea by his father who was also a yacht captain in his younger days.
Before making yachting a career, he spent many years working around the world on offshore oil rigs as a commerical diver where he gained valuable experience in the marine environment.
When not at the helm, you can find Mike spearfishing or freediving, activities that allow him to connect with the ocean's beauty and be challenged in new ways. With a keen eye for safety and attention to guests needs, he always strives to create unforgettable experiences, sharing the wonders of the sea while ensuring their comfort and joy.
Courtney has had the privilege of traveling and working in stunning destinations across the world on superyachts. Her love for the ocean and its inhabitants knows no bounds, and she is an avid scuba diver with a passion for identifying reef species. When she's not creating delicious meals and hosting her guests, you can find her exploring the underwater world, joining Mike in the deep blue working on her freediving skills.
With extensive experience in fine dining and hospitality, Courtney brings a touch of elegance and warmth to every meal she prepares. Whether it's a romantic dinner for two or a lavish feast for a large group, she is dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences that exceed guests' expectations.
From fresh seafood to hearty meals, she draws inspiration from diverse cuisines to create mouth-watering dishes. Courtney’s passion for travel and new experiences is reflected in every aspect of her cooking, and she is committed to providing unforgettable experiences for those who join her on board.
Mike and Courtney’s story started 8 years ago at a small town farm festival. Sharing mutual friends and a passion for adventure and exploration, they knew their journey together was going to be an exciting. With both having worked in different industries on the ocean, they each bring fresh perspectives and skills to the table. With their love for the ocean and working alongside each other, their journey has been a dream come true. Mike and Courtney can’t wait to share their passion and love with their guests!

What a fabulous week!! Unwavering is a spectacular boat with so many special touches everywhere (fluffy blankets, beautiful table settings, rainshowers!) Not surprisingly it was the people, Adam & Rosie, who made this a trip we’ll always remember. "Unwavering: As you indicated, the vessel itself more than met our needs, and was new, well appointed, and ideal for a group of our size. There was one cabin adjacent to the eating area, which was a little bit awkward to access, but we learned that was normally the crew's cabin which they had vacated, so that we could enjoy the full size bed in that cabin, in lieu of an alternate one which had bunk beds. No big deal. The Crew: Adam and Rosie were amazing. Both have first class service skills, and were genuinely interested in ensuring we had a wonderful time. Adam served as Captain, dining room server, tender skipper and itinerary planner. Every evening he would have a map after dinner showing us where we had been that day, what the weather forecast was for the next day, and where we would be going. His selection of coves to spend the days and evenings in were idyllic and mesmerising. He did a fabulous job having all the water toys available the moment we anchored, and could not have been any more gracious in tendering us to land for activities. One day he even took us on a hiking trip (on Peter Island) so everyone could stretch their legs. Rosie served as the cook. I think we were caught off guard by the fabulous meals we had 3X a day, along with specialty cocktails and appetizers each day. Rosie also magically cleaned the cabins while we ate breakfast, threw a party that we all got invitations to on our cabin beds the last evening, and made first class gourmet meals. We learned that Unwavering is owned by " " and if by any chance you have their contact info., please share with them what stellar staff they have who take meticulous care of Unwavering. They treat the yacht as their own, and take tremendous pride in keeping it in A-1 shape. Adam and Rosie were so outstanding that the group decided to try to take another trip the year after next with them ( and Unwavering). The only thought for improvement is that the forms we completed ahead of time citing our food preferences were probably unnecessary inasmuch as Rosie had a healthy, well executed array of pre planned menus. Where to even begin? The boat is stunning and every detail taken care of. The food & decor to the toys on the boat you can tell have been carefully thought of. Speaking of toys, the snorkel gear and specifically the fliteboard were the favourites of our group. We never wanted to be off the boat because of the comfort and enjoyability of the boat, we longed to be back on just hanging out when we did go to shore. Adam & Rosie pushed this trip over the top! Their care and attentiveness was incredible. Adam was constantly working to get us what we needed and cleaning up after us. Rosie was making magic in the kitchen each and every meal! The beauty in which she presented every meal was amazing! No vacation after this will ever compare. Easily the most amazing trip we have ever been on. Thank you for the hospitality. This has been a wonderful week on the beautiful Unwavering! We loved sailing and taking in the beautiful views! This was our first trip to the BVI and it was amazing. Spring Break 2023
I have had the most wonderful few days on board the Unwavering! The scenery has been stunning, the food delicious and the company even better. I am so grateful to Adam and Rosie for making this trip so special. March 2023 - 3x 50th Anniversaries
What a FANTASTIC time on this “Bentley”!! What a memory to be together in the BVI with my best of high friends from high school. We loved celebrating our three 50th anniversaries too. November 2023 - 40th Birthday Girls Trip
Words truly fall short in adequately describing our time on Unwavering! This week has filled our hearts, souls and bellys 😀! What a privilege to spend time in God's creation in the company of friends our new friends Adam and Rosie. We are leaving with lifetime memories, rested, restored and I am SO grateful. Thank you Adam & Rosie for the gracious hospitality, attention to details, warmth and patience for this girls trip! We are now forever friends and I hope we will have the chance to sail together again one day! What an undeserved gift this week was! Meredith My first charter and trip to the BVIs will now be impossible to top, thanks to you! With us all being moms with young kids, this trip provided much needed solace and escape from our typical roles and an opportunity to recharge while savouring God’s creation - what a rare gift that I will always cherish! Adam & Rosie are unmatched, their warmth and attention to detail allowed us to breather and truly relax. My favourite memories of the week are the “moana” moments whilst sailing, sharing tears, laughter and moments around the table over INCREDIBLE food, learning to snorkle and puzzles on the top deck. We enjoyed the most relaxing vacation of swimming, snorkelling, e-foiling, hanging out in the “Cheerio”, late night puzzles and spades. We experienced the most delicious meals we’ve ever had! Christmas 2023
This has truly been one of the best trips we have ever been on as a family! Adam and Rosie went over and above to make it so special and fun, creating memories which we will cherish forever. Rosie is an unbelievable chef and her dishes, apps and cocktails were the most delicious, from lamb to sea bass to grouper tacos every meal was perfect. Adam was always making sure we had all the toys ready for ocean fun. The flite board, sea scooters and snorkelling were awesome. Unwavering is gorgeous and our family is so blessed to have been able to spend Christmas week in the BVI with Adam and Rosie. We will definitely be back!! BEST FAMILY TRIP!!
