Captain - Rico Van Rooyen
Rico is an adventurous and passionate maritime professional with a wealth of experience sailing across the Caribbean and completing a transatlantic crossing from South Africa. With a deep love for the ocean, he combines his skills in navigation with a lifelong enthusiasm for water sports and marine exploration.
When he’s not at the helm, Rico can often be found beneath the surface—diving to discover the incredible creatures that inhabit the underwater world. His dedication to the sea, both above and below, fuels his ongoing pursuit of new horizons and meaningful maritime experiences.
Chef - Lili Wagner
Lili’s culinary journey began aboard her own vessel while running a shark diving charter in her home country of The Bahamas. What started as preparing meals between dives quickly turned into a true passion for creating vibrant, nourishing food experiences at sea.
With years of experience working on yachts around the world in both interior and exterior roles, Lili brings a deep understanding of life aboard and a strong connection to the ocean. Her travels have taken her to some of the most remote and breathtaking corners of the globe, where she immerses herself in local cultures and flavors. Each dish she prepares is a reflection of her surroundings—fresh, inspired, and locally sourced whenever possible.
Outside the galley, Lili is rarely far from the water. A certified scuba instructor for nearly a decade, she loves sharing underwater adventures with guests. She's also a passionate competitive surfer who never travels without her board, always ready to chase the next wave.
Whether she’s plating a Caribbean-inspired breakfast or leading a dive through coral gardens, Lili brings energy, warmth, and adventure to every charter.
