Anna’s menus are designed to make every meal aboard feel like part of the journey, combining beautiful presentation, quality ingredients, vibrant Caribbean influences, and elegant comfort.
Anna Sample Menu
Mornings begin with tropical fruits, freshly prepared breakfast favorites, Eggs Benedict, Spanish frittata and beautifully composed egg dishes. Lunches are fresh and colorful, featuring dishes such as Niçoise tuna salad, Caribbean chicken salad and spicy salmon with avocado and fresh coriander dressing.
As the sun begins to set, guests can enjoy delicate canapés and appetizers before an elevated dinner featuring Caribbean seafood, grilled mahi-mahi, lobster, filet mignon, red snapper, lamb and seafood pasta, accompanied by carefully selected sauces, purées, salads and seasonal sides.
The experience finishes on a sweet note with indulgent classics including crème brûlée, baklava, cheesecake, tiramisu and chocolate rum fudge cake.

HALF-BOARD: Includes: 7 breakfasts, 4 lunches & 3 dinners. Requires 3 lunches & 4 dinners ashore at client expense. Discount of $150 per person off the 7 night rate.
LOCAL FARE: Includes: 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches & 6 dinners. Requires 2 lunches and 1 dinner ashore at client expense. Discount of $75 per person off the 7 night rate.
CHRISTMAS/NEW YEARS ('26/'27):
7 night minimum
CHRISTMAS 2026: 1-10 guests @ +10% surcharge over 10 pax rate ($39,600) - charter must end no later than 12/27
NEW YEARS 26/27: 1-10 guests @ +20% surcharge over 10 pax rate ($43,200)
SAINT MARTIN / SAINT BARTHS RELOCATION FEE:
Relocation fee of $3,000, minimum 48 hours required on either side of charter dates for boat transit (in addition to normal turnaround). Please inquire for availability.
