Dimitrios Patouras is a professional Greek skipper with over five years of experience in the yachting industry, having progressed from deckhand to skipper through continuous hands-on work at sea. Passionate about yachting and committed to high standards of safety and service, he focuses on delivering smooth, enjoyable, and memorable charter experiences.
His priorities onboard are safety, clear communication, professionalism, and guest comfort. Calm under pressure and solution-oriented, Dimitrios is able to adapt quickly to changing conditions while maintaining a relaxed and positive atmosphere for both guests and crew.
He has extensive cruising experience in the Cyclades, Argosaronic Gulf, and Ionian Sea, and is confident operating sailing catamarans up to 52 ft. His background includes navigation, charter operations, guest service, tender driving, yacht maintenance, technical checks, and check-in/check-out procedures. He also has practical experience in sail handling, yacht preparation, and general onboard systems support.
Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented, Dimitrios enjoys meeting people from different cultures and takes pride in creating personalized experiences tailored to each charter.
He holds STCW certification, a Speed Boat Operator License, and an Offshore Sailing Diploma, reflecting his professional competence and commitment to safety at sea.
